Board of Directors Kris HudsonKris joined the board in May 2007. She and her husband are retired. Kris held a variety of short-term program director jobs. She has been active in the League of Women Voters since 1970 serving as President of both the Portland and Oregon Leagues. She also served on the national board. Kris and her husband Steve had two children: Eric who is a physics professor at MIT and Paula who is a chemistry professor at California State University at Fullerton. Reading is a passion along with sewing, knitting, cooking and gardening; but finding time to devour books is difficult. Mysteries are her favorite escapism books.
