Board of Directors Sandra BarkerSandra (Sandy) Barker spent twenty years on the faculty of Seattle University. Her interests there included curriculum development, teaching school leadership and university governance. In 2002 she retired from the University and proceeded to earn an Associate Arts degree in interior design. Sandy had an independent practice in residential remodeling and space design for four years in Seattle prior to her recent move to Portland.
