VolunteerAdvocacyAdvocates promote the library through Friends of the Library initiatives, specifically funding issues. There is always work to be done during the County budget cycle to help the library maintain its level of funding for continued program support. Every 5 years or so there is a Library Bond Campaign, which Friends members actively engage in and support. To find out more about advocating for the Library, check out our “Advocacy” section.
