Thanks for your interest in volunteering with Friends of the Multnomah County Library! For over 50 years, volunteers have been at the heart of everything we do. Every month, our volunteers contribute more than 800 hours of their time, helping us raise vital funds that support the Library’s incredible programs and services.

Current Volunteer Opportunities

  • Help us tell our story through design. This volunteer role focuses on creating engaging graphics that support the Friends of the Multnomah County Library's mission. You'll help design visual content for our website, social media, marketing materials, and special campaigns.

    We're looking for someone with an eye for design, experience using graphic design software, and a passion for creating visuals that inform, inspire, and connect with our community.

  • Help us stay organized and make an impact. This volunteer role supports the Friends of the Multnomah County Library by assisting with administrative and organizational tasks that help our team operate smoothly.
